Came across Got A Bounce when I was throwing an event at my pub! And I’m so glad I did… from the start they was brilliant from the first email to the day of my event. Great communication from the start through till it came to the day of them coming along and setting up. PROFESSIONAL through out!!

The day couldn’t have run any better the kids loved the bouncy castles we had chosen even some of the adults, candy floss was a hit with everyone too

I have already booked in with them for my Halloween and Christmas events and will continue with each event I have

I contacted Chelsie from Got a Bounce to help arrange my daughters 6th birthday party. The theme was K-Pop Demon Hunters with Slime making for 34 children (talk about specific!)

Chelsie had it under control from the very start, lining up not 1 but 2 K-Pop Demon Hunters, Rumi and Mira, and arranging the Slime aspect of the day.

From the moment we arrived at the hall, everything was well organised and run as discussed.

Rumi and Mira were fantastic and was in character from the moment we met them, until they left the venue. Huge thank you to Jasmine and Sandra for their energy and engagement on the day with the children. The children loved the activities, especially the dance moves!

It was clear from the lead up and on the day that Chelsie is an experienced party planner/organiser. Communication was top notch and the day before Chelsie run through the plan and again on the day with me.

Chelsie also provided all the props that were relevant to the theme, K-Pop Demon Hunters photo box, cardboard cut outs of the characters, balloons, bunting and party bags....we even had a candyfloss machine which the kids (and adults) loved!

The Slime was a major hit with the children, they absolutely loved decorating it (aprons were provided to protect the children's clothes! - honestly Chelsie thought of everything!) and there was plenty for the children to make more.

Even months later, my children are still talking about it.

Chelsie made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable and I will always use Chelsie/Got a Bounce for all future events.

Thank you Chelsie for pulling this all together and for giving my daughter a birthday party she will never forget!

I found this company very easy to deal with. Booked a bouncy castle fairly last minute and they were very friendly and helpful. They brought the castle over at the time they said and were very flexible about pick up time. The couple I dealt with were professional and would highly recommend them. Wicked company! They went above and beyond to help both in the initial booking and when delivering with a small entrance. I wasnt sure what castle i wanted as the one i wanted was booked, they tried to help suggest other options with no pressure. They did everything they could to make sure i got my inflatable through. Very friendly, arrived on time, great assault course (kids loved it). I highly recommend

What can I say these guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish... early to set up and had it all done and ready within no time.. All of the kids and adults had such a great time with the inflatables, penalty shoot out, massive football scorer, inflatable basket ball, connect four, the whole lot was great. Would highly reccomend to any one!!
